Workshops will give you the Foundation Chartered Managers (FCMgr) qualification, and will also count as recognised prior learning towards an NVQ Lvl 5 in Leadership and management.

Here at Argo, we are a close team who served together within the British Army as Officers, and Leaders. We are all passionate about leadership development, and have a broad range of experiences to call from.

Robert Blackstock

A highly experienced leader, with a specialism in engineering, Robert has managed teams within the military for ten years. He has delivered numerous highly technical projects with multidisciplinary personnel across the world. His passion is in developing teams, and how leadership is crucial to any high performing team's success.

Joshua Green

A passionate advocate of leadership excellence, Joshua has a wealth of experience in the professional development space. He has worked closely with leaders from around the world, and has been instrumental in the construction of the leadership workshop packages that Argo delivers.

Ben Thompson

Having served 10 years within the military as an infantry officer, deploying on numerous operational tours, Ben has now made the leap out of the Army and is a commercial airline pilot. Hugely passionate about the necessity of quality leadership within the workspace, and understanding the untapped resource of veteran experience, he acts as a valued consultant to Argo in driving our vision.

Charles Reynolds

A technical leader with both an engineering and logistics focus, Charles has tackled some of the biggest challenges the military has to offer. His approach to leadership and managing people to deliver the most demanding of tasks, makes him an invaluable asset to have on the team.

If there is one thing that the British Army can hang its hat on, it's that they have developed one of the world's centres of excellence in leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. All Army officers must pass one of the toughest courses going, and that is only the start. Throughout our careers, the Army invests significant amounts of time and money in continuous professional development to ensure that when called upon, we can perform at the highest standard for those we lead, to ensure success.

All of our coaches have significant experience within the military as leaders, and have served in high performing teams around the world. Argo Leadership Consultancy has been specifically created to help spread the wealth of knowledge and experience gained from service, and apply it within a commercial setting, to help nurture the leaders of tomorrow.
